Day 2221. Week 4 of school. On Monday I was able to lie back down after having returned from taking Sammy to school. I had only slept 3,5 hours the previous night so I really needed it, but those two hours didn't make up for the short night. I felt it all day. Still, I felt better and left the house an hour earlier than usual to go to the gym before picking up Sammy from school.

Day 2218. Last night I told the kids again how much I needed to sleep in this morning and pleaded with them to let me sleep but to no avail. Once again it was loud, and they came to me several times, no matter what I said and asked of them. I told them I'd go to a hotel next weekend to get one night's sleep.

Day 2217. Week 3 of school is over, and I haven't written all week. The main reason is that I have to go to bed earlier as the alarm goes off at 6:15 am. Still, I've had a headache from being so very tired these past two days. I now aim to go to bed at 11 pm, but it takes me a while to fall asleep, and sometimes it's later than 11 pm.
