Day 1747. I had to set the alarm for 8 am this morning. The boys were already up before then. Randy got up and made breakfast. Tammy woke up, when I got up at 8:40 am, when my second alarm went off. It was way too early for me, but I had a student from 9 to 11 am, and so I sat down at my upstairs desk to teach.

Day 1746. The kids have been home all week, as we have to wait for Emmy to be declared healed of chickenpox before they can go back to kindergarten. We thought of taking him to the pediatrician tomorrow for that purpose, but decided to wait until Monday to be sure.

Day 1743. On Saturday they had piano class. Randy took them there, while I stayed home with Sammy. They had to choose which song they are going to play at the concert in two weeks, and they each picked a different one. They have to practice it this week and play it for the teacher this coming Saturday. She'll then decide whether they play it well enough for the concert.
