Last night I had a message from our friend, Caritas helper Christine, that a client canceled this morning and that she could come to our house to help at 9 am. I immediately said YES! Even though I was exhausted and planning to go to bed earlier last night, it was 4 am once again (at least not 5). And I had not even finished with all the birthday pictures!

Wow, what a day! And I thought I'd be in bed by now. I worked hard until after 5 am last night, getting the apartment ready, and bake and assemble the cake. I finished it with the animals and candle just before bringing it out.
I set my alarm for 12, and as you can imagine, after 2 busy nights of going to bed around 5 am, I was beat.

Last night I physically worked non-stop between midnight and 4 am to get the apartment ready for their birthday. The last time I looked at the time was at 5 am. You can imagine how tired I was when my alarm went off at 11:30 am, and I was tired all day long, barely able to keep my eyes open.
