Last night I actually went to bed earlier, around 1 am. And it was the first time I reduced their milk amount again, from 140 ml to 100 ml. Amazingly, they didn't even need it until 3:30 am (their second milk). They complained a little that it was less, but only for a moment. Tammy woke up again at 4:20, but it wasn't milk she wanted. Emmy woke up because of it, and so he had the 200 ml breakfast milk we had made for Tammy. So it was a busier morning than usual.

Last night I went to bed just after 3 am, but before I could fall asleep, Tammy needed her milk at 3:30, as I had not fed her before for once. I felt that missing hour or so all day. I barely made it out of bed this morning, made their food, went downstairs to carry them up to the dining room table, and fed them. Then it was nap time.

Right now my bed time is always between 2:30 and 3 am. I always feed all three before going to bed, and that way they sleep until about 7:30, so at least Randy gets a full night's rest. Making the switch to "no food at night" is gonna be hard, and I still have to find the right strategy.
