Last night I went to bed just before 3 am. I got up at 8:50, made their food, and we fed them. Then we put them all into their beds for their nap. Sammy and Emmy fell asleep, and I finally got back up to lie down with Tammy, who ended up sleeping for 90 minutes. Emmy always wakes up after 30 minutes, when he is in his bed, and then needs help to fall back asleep.

3 am has become my regular bedtime; it was a little later, so again only 5 hours of sleep until I had to get up to make their food. At 9 am we sat down to feed them, and we had just started, when Grandma arrived. Normally we go swimming on Thursdays, but not this week because school kids are on fall vacation.

Last night I had just gone to bed after 3 am, after feeding the boys, when Tammy started crying. It had not been an hour since she had last had milk. I went to her to stroke her head, but every time I'd walk away, she started screaming. At one point I just lay down as I was so tired, only to get up a little later to try to stroke her head until she'd fall back asleep.
