Last night I went to bed just after 3 am, but before I could fall asleep, Tammy needed her milk at 3:30, as I had not fed her before for once. I felt that missing hour or so all day. I barely made it out of bed this morning, made their food, went downstairs to carry them up to the dining room table, and fed them. Then it was nap time.

Right now my bed time is always between 2:30 and 3 am. I always feed all three before going to bed, and that way they sleep until about 7:30, so at least Randy gets a full night's rest. Making the switch to "no food at night" is gonna be hard, and I still have to find the right strategy.

My alarm woke me at my regular time of 8:50, after having gone to bed at my typical time of after 2:30. I made their food, and we fed them at the dining room table upstairs. Then we dressed them, put their warm winter coats and boots on, and put them into the strollers. We left at 9:45 and it took us 45 minutes and 2 subways to get to the swimming pool.
