After 4.5 hours of sleep I got up to make their breakfast. We sat down to feed them, and before we were done, the doorbell rang. It was Christine, the Caritas helper that we can have for a few weeks out of every year, as needed, and it's a paid service.

It was really just a day like any other, with the five of us being at home all day. My bed time is getting later again, to 3:30 am, which gives me less than 5 hours of sleep, which is not enough. I got up, made their breakfast, fed them, cleaned them up and dressed them, and then Randy took the downstairs to play, while I went back to bed.

I had set my alarm, but it was a silent alarm, so no use, and I got up about twenty minutes after 11, later than I wanted to. I went straight to work, making lunch for the 6 of us.
