Day 2244. This was week 7 of school. They did their reading exercises every day and are getting better and better at it. This week they learned the letter "t" which is the 6th letter they have learned. Every Friday they turn in their reading sheet and get a new one with the new letter of the week on it.

Day 2239. Sunday and no 6:15 alarm. The kids were up at 7 am and got quite loud from time to time. I was glad when they finally went downstairs which allowed me to finally sleep uninterrupted. At 11:15 am my alarm went off, and I got up and went to the kitchen to cook.

Day 2238. This was week 6 of school. The kids learned the letter "s" and had their second dictation on Friday that went better than the first one. The first time their issue had been that they weren't writing their letters on the right lines or the right size so we practiced that before their second dictation, and it paid off.
