I succeeded in going to bed at midnight again last night, third night in a row. This morning, Sammy was crying so hard that I got up to get him at 7 am. Of course Emmy started crying because he was not the one who got to come out of bed, so in the end, we all got up and had breakfast early.

Day 2 of sleeping at night and not during the day, but I didn't get office work done, and I'm pretty tired. This change is only gonna work if I can do the work I used to do at night during the day. I went to bed just after midnight last and was pretty tired, so I fell asleep faster than the day before.

Today was a different day, and hopefully the first day of what life is gonna look like from now on. Last night I went to bed just after midnight, as planned. Not being used to going to bed this early, it took me at least an hour to fall asleep. In the morning, we got up at 8 am sharp, as usual.
