HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Last night both boys needed feeding again (sigh). It was 6 am before Emmy woke us up as he needed his milk, and then Sammy was up too. We each fed a baby, and Randy does all the changing and dressing.
Today we had some jars starting at the 8th month we were gonna feed them for the first time. Sammy being a little behind, he couldn't handle the big pieces in the fish with rice jar, and so we changed it to a more pureed one. The other two did fine, and Sammy did fine with the 8 jars at the other meal where we had them today.
Emmy was really tired this afternoon and somehow never fell asleep, until he got too tired and really upset. The only way I can make him sleep is taking him to bed with me, and then I lock him in sleeping position in my arm. He resists for a while, but then he falls asleep. I had stuff to do, but my son needed this bad.
By the way, Emmy has been saying "mama" a lot these past few days. I have not heard Tammy say it. He even said "baba" today, which is Bambara for Daddy.
Emmy is now more and more on all fours and starting to rock like his sister has been doing for a while. Tammy is now starting to sit sideways more and more often, nearly making it into sitting position. One time she used her brother as a help to do so today.
Tonight it was Tammy who needed help falling asleep. Several times I put her back to bed, but she woke up, and still needed rocking. After a diaper change, a little milk, and more rocking by Daddy, I was finally able to put her to bed without her waking up.
