9 months

Happy 9-month birthday! Time flies! Last night it was only Sammy who needed feeding during the night. Sometimes it's really tough, when I have just fallen asleep, to get back back up at 2 or 3 am to feed him, and sometimes also Emmy. Oh for the days when you could sleep through a night and as long as you wanted into the morning! They'll probably never come back, at least not in the next 10 to 15 years!
It was a day like any other today. One time I heard Sammy being unhappy, went over there, and found Emmy with his arms all over his head, so I moved him away. At that point Tammy was finally asleep. A few minutes later I checked again, and found Emmy right by his sister's head. I was glad I was able to move him away before he could wake her up. A few minutes later I checked again, and Emmy had reached his sister again, about to wake her up! Again I stopped him in time, and this time I took him with me and put him in the swing right next to me, where he can see me, and he enjoyed it. Once Tammy woke up by herself, he rejoined them in bed.
Today I tried out this "filled pacifier" I was given. We have some really sweet, ripe peaches, and I put a few pieces inside, and gave one each to Emmy and Tammy. They both made a face after putting it into their mouths, so I'm not sure if that peach was a little sour. We'll have to try again with another fruit.
By the way, it was confirmed today that we have to stay 3 months in our current apartment, or at least pay for 3 months. The owner said, however, that if they found another renter for it, we would not have to pay the third month. There's already a few empty apartments in the building, and with the rent being so high, the chances are slim for that to happen.
