8 months 3 days

Not much to say today. I read that at six months old (which they'll be in a couple of days) certain toys are good for them to develop their motor skills, so we got some of those out, and need to get some more. It's still a little hard for them, but it won't be long. Tammy is already doing pretty good with them.
Tonight it was Emmy who had a hard time sleeping. And they had no new foods today. I was impressed how clean Tammy was today after I fed her. It's Emmy who fusses A LOT when he is being fed. Randy uses all kinds of distraction tactics to try to get him to eat. Today I fed him, and I thought I'd try to play a video for babies to see if that would quiet him down and help me feed him better. It did not work. He was quiet, yes, but he wouldn't open his mouth. In the end, I think it's better anyway not to get into a habit of watching stuff while eating. I guess I'll let Randy continue doing his acting while feeding him.
