HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
We are definitely impatient about moving into our new apartment. Randy is packing like we're leaving in a few days, and for me everything seems getting more crowded and tighter (probably also because of those boxes he's packed). Also I can't wait to pick out a kitchen, but we don't have the measurements yet. Still, we decided to go to a furniture store, just to look. We went to the one closest to us today (Lutz/Möbelix), and want to go to Ikea in the days to come.
Among the many kitchens there were only two I liked. And the prices were pretty high. It was still good to have gone and get a feel for what there is and what it costs.
Sammy definitely had enough of the stroller by the time we left. When we got off the subway at our stop, Randy had to carry him the rest of the way so he would not scream. We always draw attention in the subway when he screams.
Once home we still fed them all their middle meal, cereal with fruit, even though it was a little later than usual. It wasn't long before it was time for their last meal, cereal with milk and fruit.
They were all really tired, and to my amazement, all three of them fell asleep right away, without crying and complaining! I can't remember when/if that last happened!
Today we fixed the third little bed up right that Sammy now sleeps in. Emmy just needs to be alone in a bed, but his sleep to light to be in the living room at night, where we are. Tammy is not bothered by us talking and moving (stuff) around. So tonight Emmy is in their night bed (on the left) and Sammy in the little bed on the right. It's amazing we were even able to fit it into our tiny bedroom.
