Today all five of us got to go to Sammy's physiotherapy session. It's been a while since we did that. And it was the first time that the other two got to roam free on the mat, just having fun. And having fun they did! They crawled, moved, picked up toys, laughed,.... There was constant movement, even though Tammy hadn't even slept after lunch! It was so much fun to watch. And I captured Tammy in crawling position! The physiotherapist was amazed as they're only just over 6 months old, biologically. I read that that's a sign of a child being a prodigy. 🙂 The therapist also pointed out how joyful the babies are, and of course, she was also mesmerized by Tammy's blue eyes, like everybody else.
Sammy did pretty well. She saw progress in him. At one point him and Emmy got into a wrestling match, and she tried to help him a little to get back at his brother. 😄
It's usually Sammy who decides when he's had enough. So we dressed them all back up and put them back in their strollers. It did not take long before all three were asleep, after such a tiring therapy session.
But as soon as we get home, they know it, even asleep, and wake up. It was pretty late again, but I did feed Tammy the middle meal; the boys had had more milk while away. Sammy must have been exhausted because it was hardly possible to feed him his evening meal; he only ate half a jar, and then we had to put him in bed.
Tammy was very much awake, after a nap in my arms after we got home, so we got her back out of bed, let her play, held her, gave her milk, and then she was willing to fall asleep.
Emmy usually falls asleep fast, but he's in the living room, in the day bed, and he's a light sleeper. So he wake up from time to time, and usually wants to be picked up and held. I fed him some milk at one of those times, and then he allowed me to put him back to sleep.
Once we have moved, we won't have that problem any more. They'll all be able to sleep in a dark, quiet place, while we are elsewhere in the apartment. Today we received the email saying that we're getting the apartment. Randy wanted me to call the building company right away, where we'll sign the contract, so I did. The lady there was laughing, saying, not to worry, the apartment is ours. They're getting the contract ready, and then they will contact us to make an appointment for us to come in. She said probably on Friday.
I also heard back from the owner of the apartment. I wrote him and the house management yesterday to let them know we'll probably be moving out soon. I've never met the owner in person, though he's wanted to come visit several times, but it never worked out. I did pray for him, and he still remembered and appreciated that. He appreciated my email. Him liking us might be in our favor for them to let us move out before the 3 months are up. Please pray for that. And thank you so much for praying us to this point where we are today! We appreciate it!
