HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Today has been another busy day trying to sort out the apartment issues. In the end we had an extension from the city and an appointment to look at it Friday at noon.
It will be challenging to feed them when we leave the house. Tammy is now really easy to feed. Thinking back, she was the hardest to feed for a long time, when we gave them the milk bottle. Now she lets me hold her hand and simply put spoon after spoon into her mouth.
Emmy is the hardest to feed, as he just gets unhappy really fast. Again, Randy had to quit early with him, and so he ends up eating the least of all three. I don't know what it is or what we could do.
In the evening, with their last meal, Sammy refused to eat. He also did not want any milk, though he should have been tired. Going to three meals a day, they go to bed a little later, and maybe he's just so tired because it's past his bed time. I had to put him to bed without eating, and he then had peace and slept. At midnight he was the first one to need milk.
They really gravitate towards each other in bed, and sometimes we move them apart, and shortle thereafter they're close again. Unfortunately they hurt each other easily. Today Sammy was in the middle and totally cool the whole time, while Emmy and Tammy were moving around right next to him. He did get back at Emmy and put his hand in his face, but he was much gentler than his brother had been, and there were no tears.
They can all sit with help now, and I do let go sometimes to see how they're doing. Tammy already puts her weight on her arms to hold her up, and that way she can sit for a short time.
In the evening, it was first Emmy, and then her who needed to be held for a while before they were ready to go to bed and sleep. I put Emmy down awake after a while, and he did not mind. He just makes his way to the toys and plays for a while until falling asleep.
I held Tammy for a while, but she did not seem sleepy. Randy then held her for a while, and he was falling asleep, while she was awake. I put her back in bed, and she was fine, and soon fell asleep. Last night, she slept longer than ever, about 14 hours! She only woke up at 9 am, and wasn't even crying, just looking around.
