HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Happy 8-month birthday! Time flies! Today the little ones had a day of awareness of their southern Mississippian heritage. They had sweet potatoes for lunch, and at dinner time Randy asked Alexa to play southern blues. Emmy gets fussy really fast when you feed him. Often Randy has kids songs playing, but with the blues music, Emmy was calm and even started beating the wood to the beat! (video uploading) The boys don't finish their food most of the time, while Tammy eats hers AND some of her brothers' leftovers. At lunchtime, most of the time, we each feed a baby at the same time, and then Randy feeds the third baby while I cook our lunch. At dinner time, we each feed a baby, and then I get them cleaned up, put a diaper on them and their pj's, so they're ready for bed. While I clean up the baby Randy fed, he feeds the third baby I then clean up etc. It does happen that I feed two and he does one. In any case, over time, it just naturally happened that we each have different tasks assigned to us, and we're a great team. We've gotten used to being in Vienna, and in the apartment, all the time. It's gonna be quite a change once we get moving again. I don't even know how we're gonna feed them food while out and about. I've been enjoying doing church (like tonight) from home, when you connect, but you can also take care of the babies in their environment and you can put them to bed, instead of them getting overly tired because you get home from church so late. Still, I miss everybody, and can't wait to see friends (and family) again in person, whenever that's gonna be!
