HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Meal time was a disaster at noon today. Last night I got the baby food machine out that steams and blends food. I followed the broccoli and potato recipe, but it smelled really raw. I added some meat to it and tried to feed it to them. All three hated it, and I can't blame them. I then added a glass of parsnip and potato, but it was still too much. So I threw it all out, got some baby food jars out, and just added a spoon-full of the broccoli mixture to each one of their food jars. And then they finally ate their food! So I portioned the rest out in small containers and froze them to add to their food like I did today.
Emmy had a very tough day today, crying a lot, yes, teething. It was hardly possible to feed him dinner; he ended up eating only half what he should have. Tammy also took the spoon out of Randy's hand and chewed on it.
After they had gone to bed for the night, Randy went out to go to the grocery store. It didn't take long before Tammy wanted some milk; she hadn't actually fallen asleep yet. While I was feeding her, Emmy woke up and was screaming. I stopped feeding her and made him a bottle of milk. She was still hungry, and while I stood by her feeding her brother, I let her hold her own bottle and was impressed by her ability to do so. Yes, it fell a few times, but she held it for a long time, and moved it away from and into her mouth. Impressive!
