HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 1985. This week was the last week of the winter semester, and so a few of the kids' classes had already ended, meaning they were home more and that I had more time to teach.
On Wednesday I taught from 11 to 12:30, and in the afternoon from 2:30 to 5:30 pm. Randy took Sammy to physiotherapy in the afternoon, while the other two stayed home and occupied themselves while I was teaching. They have to practice writing their names, as they have a test in a few weeks to check whether they're ready for school, and being able to write their names is one of the requirements. Emmy also has to practice using scissors.
On Thursday I taught from 10 to 11 am, and from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. I also had a student from 8 to 9 pm. Sammy went to his weekly wheelchair kids class with Daddy and was very happy to see his two girlfriends there. Again the other two stayed home with me
This morning I taught from 10 to 12:30 pm, and in the afternoon from 4 to 6 pm. Right after I was done teaching at 12:30, I had to leave to go pick up Sammy from kindergarten. He already had his coat on and was very excited to see me. At home, I warmed up food - my first meal of the day - and Sammy also wanted to eat, so we ate together. Randy had already left the house before I was done teaching to pick up Tammy and Emmy and take them to tennis class. Sammy and I then had a great time together. He was playing, while I was working, and of course I needed to help him a lot. We had some fun times, and Sammy also had some times of self-sufficiency.
My 4 pm student was the one who is always late, and Randy usually returns just after 4 pm, and he did today as well. They all went downstairs for a while, while I was teaching, but then Randy left together with Sammy to pick up some leftover bread and pastries for a third of the regular price. Tammy and Emmy were cutting and glueing. When I was done teaching, I made their dinner, and then Randy and Sammy returned as well. After they were done eating, we went downstairs for piano practice, then they all went into the bathtub. I then put Sammy to bed after having prayed for him, and read a story to the other two, prayed for them and put them to bed. Then I went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat. After having eaten, I went back to work.
