HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 1724. Randy took all three kids to their kindergartens, so I lay back down, as I was very tired. I fell asleep and was woken up by my phone ringing, as the cleaning lady had arrived at 9 am and was wondering why I wasn't reacting to the doorbell. So I only got to sleep a few minutes. I started tidying up so she could do her job. She went downstairs first, into the chaos, to clean the floor where it was visible. When Randy returned at 10 am, he did some moving of shelves, making it look much better. At noon he left to go pick up Sammy and returned at 12:40.
Sammy and I then went downstairs, where I continued rearranging and cleaning everything so I could have an office again. I lifted some heavy shelves up all by myself and moved some of the office furniture there, cleaned my desk off and started putting stuff back on it. Sammy was impressed with the new living room and kept saying "wow". Of course he wanted to swing in the new rings, now that they have much more room than before, and I put him in and swung him around, holding on to him the whole time. He was having so much fun, and as always, he was crying, when I got him out. But I can only swing him around so long.
I continued working and was wondering where Randy and the other kids were. It was close to 2:30 pm before they arrived, so pretty late. The kids came downstairs right away and were also delighted by what they saw and immediately started swinging. Especially Emmy is quite the athletic one. I then soon went upstairs to do other things.
And it was time to get them ready to leave the house anyway. I put their exercise clothes on them and got ready for us to leave at 3:20 pm. Sammy started crying hard because he didn't want me to leave. Normally Randy takes the kids to their class, while I stay home with Sammy. I told Sammy over and over that he was going to see the physiotherapist with Daddy, but he just continued crying and wanting to be with me. When the three of us left the house with our scooters, Randy was holding crying Sammy in his arms and they were watching us leave. 40 minutes later Randy left with Sammy to take him to the private physiotherapist, where he enjoyed playing with her.
Tammy, Emmy and I took an old train, then rode our scooters to the school, where their exercise class was taking place. They went into the gym, while I stayed in the locker room, reading the paper and using my phone until the class was over. The teacher always emails out pictures and a report about the class later, which is really nice.
As we still had half an hour until our train was scheduled to leave, we stayed in the school's courtyard for 10 minutes, where they had lots of space to run their scooters. Then we rode back to the train station. Our train was on time. At about 5:40 pm we were back home, which was the time I had to start teaching.
Thankfully it was my student who always comes late, so I still had a few minutes to get ready. The kids got on their tablets, while I was teaching. Then Randy and Sammy returned while I was still teaching. They wanted to go downstairs, now that they had such a nice, new living room, and Randy went with them. When I was done teaching, I went to the kitchen to make their dinner and then called them upstairs to come eat. They then continued eating in the bathtub, then we got them ready for bed, going through our usual routine. After they were in bed, I sat down at the computer to get ready for my 8:30 pm student, a new student. I taught until 9 pm, a trial lesson, then moved to a more comfortable position. I was glad that I made it to bed just before 1 am.
