HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 1638. I once again went to bed late, so I was very tired this morning and stayed in bed, even after Randy returned and took the kids downstairs. It was finally quiet, allowing me some good sleep, even though I had work to do that was not getting done. I couldn't believe it was already 11:45, when Randy came back upstairs with the kids. At noon he left to go pick up Sammy, and I finally forced myself out of bed. I went to the kitchen to get lunch ready for everyone and served it once Randy and Sammy were back. Then I turned my computer on and started working.
At 2 pm I started dressing all the kids to get them ready for us to leave the house. I had just received their new T-shirts with their names on them, so I put those on them for their new teacher to know their names. At 2:30 we left the house to go to the second session of their new ball-playing class. We took the subway for two stops, then waited for the tram we needed to take for 3 stops. It was raining a little, and it was not very warm. We walked to the school and went inside. Even though we were 15 minutes early, there were already a few people there. We took their coats and shoes off and went inside the gym.
We were even there before the teacher who arrived a few minutes later and threw the balls out. She set up the thick mat in the middle and put some other stuff up. All the kids immediately started grabbing balls and playing with them. They were having lots of fun. Then Emmy saw kids climb up metal bars and went over there to also try, but it was hard. Tammy grabbed a hoop and started moving it around her hip. It was fun watching her. Sammy also grabbed a hoop, and he wanted to be pulled around the room, which I did, and then Randy did.
And then the class started. They always have some time of free play in the beginning as well as in the end. Today she had pictures of different animals around the room and had them do stuff that had to do with the animal at the different stations. She had them run really fast, and Emmy wanted to show how very fast he is. She had them jump over a river with a crocodile, and they walked over a bench and threw a ball. Then they walked over it holding their ball up high and threw it through a hoop. Sammy wanted to go to the big mat and climbed up on it and found a little cone on it that interested him.
The kids also jumped from hoop to hoop and jumped over a rope (snake). And they threw balls into a container. I was playing with Sammy what we usually play which he enjoys so very much, making him laugh all the time.
Then it was time for free play again. Emmy went to the big mat and started doing somersaults and what looked like cartwheels. He actually ended up doing a head stand, even staying up there for a moment. I went over to help him and then watched them both doing all kinds of things. Tammy was mainly doing somersaults. Sammy then also came to join us.
And then the class was over. We got dressed again and walked back to the tram stop to go home. After the tram, we got on the subway. Poor Sammy didn't have much luck, as we rode an old train in both directions. Just before 4:30 pm we were back home. I only had a few minutes to get ready for my 4:30 pm student. Randy and the kids went downstairs, while I started teaching. I then taught until 6:20 pm. Of course everyone was back upstairs before then. I then went to the kitchen right away to make their dinner. Only at 7 pm did I remember that there their music school had online bedtime stories at 6:45, so I turned those on for them right away. It ended at 7:15 pm, and then everyone went into the bathtub, where they continued eating. We then got them ready for bed, I read them Bible stories, then they brushed their teeth, I prayed for them, and they went to bed. Emmy in his, Tammy in mine. I went to the kitchen to make my salad, which takes me half an hour. Then I carried Tammy to her bed and sat down to eat. After having eaten, I started working on the pictures, but I didn't get them all done today. It's 2 am, and I still have to finish in the kitchen before going to bed.
