HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 1605. The boys were up before the alarm clock at 7:30 once again, while I had to wake up Tammy who was sleeping well. We dressed them and went downstairs for breakfast. Once they were done eating, they went to the play area, where we then joined them. I let them play until 8:45, then we went to the room.
Once again they were whining that they did not want to go skiing even before we got on the elevator to go to our floor. Once again they were whining and fighting me, while I was putting their skiing clothes on, but they weren't quite as violent as yesterday. After they were all dressed up, we went outside and waited right outside the entrance for Randy and Sammy. It was just too hot to wait for them in the room, having all the gear on. Once they'd arrived, we walked to the bus stop together.
We still had to wait some time until the bus arrived at 9:25 am. We then rode it for a few stops, got off and walked to the ski school area. We walked straight to the hut there, where their shoes were. I put their shoes on - and their gloves for the second time - then we walked down the hill again to get their skis. It took me some figuring out, but then I found them inside a bag with the hotel's name on it. They put their skis on, and Tammy left right away with her group, to go up the bigger hill. I really wanted to see her come down that hill, but I never did. Emmy was first supposed to go to the little hill, but then also went up that same hill. I'm so proud of them! We waited a few minutes to see them come down the hill, but then we had to leave to catch our 10:15 bus, so we never saw either one of them come down. And we just about made our bus.
Back at the hotel, I went to the playroom with Sammy. He wanted to go into the ball pen, so I helped him climb up, then he crawled to the slide and went down. I climbed back down and pulled him off into the balls. We then played in the balls together for some time, until he said he wanted out. Then we went to the other room, where all the cars and toys are. I lay down on the ground, as I was really tired, and Sammy happily played by himself. Just after noon Randy joined us, and by 12:30 the kids returned from ski school, after the hotel had picked them up and driven them home. We took all their clothes off, and they ran off to play and then eat lunch together with the other kids. Randy, Sammy and I went to the open fire room, where we ordered some soup and a snack, and where Sammy received his plate of food. After we had finished eating, we also went to the playroom, where we found Tammy and Emmy playing and joined them.
Eventually I got so tired that I told Randy I had to go to the room and lie down. I got to lie down for about half an hour before Randy came with Sammy. Then I went downstairs with Sammy, while Randy got to lie down. The kids were happily playing. At one point I helped Emmy build a little house. At 3 pm the time for crafts started, and Emmy and Tammy put wool on a stick and then glued eyes on it. I once went to the room to get some snack bars, as the kids were hungry. Eventually Randy came downstairs, and then we all went to the room to get ready to go swimming.
We had a great time at the pool, all playing together. After some time we got back out and went to our room. We got dressed and went back downstairs to the playroom. Tammy and Emmy upgraded their sticks a little, adding feathers, then they played with the projection on the ground, where you had to touch the jellyfish to make them disappear. Emmy also climbed up the climbing wall a few times. It's easy for him now, and he enjoys it. All three kids also played together with the box of vehicles for a short time. Then we went to the other room, as Donki was about to come. All kids were already whining how hungry they were. Donki then came and did two songs with the kids, and only Emmy participated. I guess Tammy was too hungry. They did pose for a picture with Donki. Then we went to the dining room for dinner.
Tammy was excited that there were spaghetti on the kids' money tonight, and she finally ate well, as did her siblings. They had some icecream as dessert, and then turned their tablets on. Our meal took longer again, as they served us three courses. Once we were done, we all went to our room for bedtime. We got them ready for bed, I read them a story and prayed for them. Once again all three fell asleep really quickly. Then I turned my computer on and started working on the pictures and the report. Now it's midnight and time for me to go to bed..
