HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 1396. What a day! It was day 3 of Randy trying to put the kids' new bed together without a manual, and it's going very slowly. The kids once again spent all day upstairs, mostly on their tablets or watching videos, but also doing some drawing and jumping on the trampoline on the balcony. I can't wait for the bed to be done and everything in order and the kids to be able to go downstairs again to play.
While Randy was working on the bed all day, I was teaching more than usual, two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon, as well as one at 9:30 pm. And it was tough, as I had to interrupt my lessons several times to respond to the kids. It was quite a tiring day today.
And the last thing I'm looking forward to is to cook again. Yesterday I had to go to the dentist's and today I was teaching, so I couldn't cook either day, and tomorrow I'm taking Sammy to speech therapy so that Randy can continue working on the bed. I just hope he gets it done by tomorrow night.
Today none of the kids took a nap at lunch time, as I could only get Tammy to sleep yesterday. That meant that they were pretty tired tonight, and I put them to bed by 8:30 pm. Emmy was asleep immediately, and the other two didn't need very long either. Randy used that break of darkness and silence to get himself something to eat, and then turned the lights back on to continue working on the bed. As for me, I worked until 11 pm, then got a little something to eat and went back to work. I only had a very short nap today, as the kids woke me up, so I'm pretty tired, but I doubt that I'll ever make it to bed before 2 am. There's just too much to do. Just five days left in Vienna until we leave.
