Day 1427. Emmy came to me again during the night and stayed for the rest of the night. But last night Tammy came as well, after she had not done so for two nights. In the morning, it was Sammy who was up first, then Emmy, and then Tammy. And then something new happened. Emmy got himself the story-telling headset, while Tammy was playing with Sammy, and so they were all three busy and not bugging us to get up. We were actually able to sleep much longer than usual, which was really nice. I hope they'll do something like that again.

By the time we did get up, they were pretty hungry. We had breakfast, then got them ready for church. We left a little later than planned, at 10:20, to drive to church for the 11 am service. As we had already had our "shout-out" and table last service, we were just attending today. We went upstairs to the children's ministry, where they gave us stickers to put on the kids, then Randy went inside with them, while I went back downstairs to go to the sanctuary and enjoy the service. Someone at the church had reserved a seat for me, which was nice. I got to exchange a few words with one of the church leaders, then worship started. I was really enjoying this special time I rarely have any more, especially in a church like this one. Then the service continued and ended after 12:30. As usual, I could not keep my eyes open during the message. After the service was over, my friends talked to me, but I really wanted to take advantage of the opportunity and get some prayer. I asked my friend who she recommended, as she's also on the ministry team, and then went to the first one that became available.

It was actually two ladies who prayed for me, and one of them was really anointed. Her words greatly blessed me, and I felt refreshed, when I walked away, which is what my goal had been. Just as I walked away, Randy and the kids came into the sanctuary, and I could already hear Tammy shout "Mommy!" from a distance. Then it was Emmy who was the first one to came running to me. All three were so happy to see me again. They'd had a good time in the children's ministry.

We all walked out, together with our friends who we've spent time with the past few days. We didn't see any other people we knew. We all walked to our car, where we put the kids in the car, and it was a final good-bye for them from one of our two friends. Then we drove off to go back to the house and have lunch. It was already 1:30, which is normally nap time already, so they were hungry, and Tammy was whining because of it. Once we got to the house that increased, as she didn't want to wait for me to make a quick lunch, and then she didn't like what I made. I found some more leftover fries that she liked. We all ate, then it was high time to go upstairs for their nap. It was about 3 pm. Tammy and Sammy were asleep quickly, Emmy needed some more time. Then I lay down myself and fell asleep.

At 4:30 I woke up, when Sammy was the first one up, then the others woke up as well. My friend had been waiting for us to wake up, and as she lives closeby, she soon arrived at our house. We all went to the kitchen for a small snack, then she, Randy and the kids left to walk to the closeby playground we had gone to the first day. That gave me some much needed time to do office work that really needs to be done. I didn't quite get as far as I would have liked, when I could already hear the kids shouting my name. It was just after 7 pm, when they returned. They'd had a great time there. Once again we all went to the kitchen, where we had dinner together, trying to finish up as much of our food as possible, as we're moving on in the morning. After we had eaten, it was time for final good-byes from our other friend.

Then we went upstairs, where it was time to shower, then put their pj's on. Once they were all done and ready for bed, they wanted a story, so I read them one. Then I prayed for them and put them to bed. It was already 9 pm. I sang to them as usual, and Emmy sang along with me, as he can already sing the song I made up for them. Tammy fell asleep first, then Sammy, but Emmy always needs a little longer now. He was close to sleeping, when I walked away, but it was also already 9:30.

I returned to my computer to do a bit more office work, then started working on the pictures of the day and my report. Now it's a good bit after midnight, and we have an early morning tomorrow, as I teach before we hit the road.
