Day 642. Last night I made it to bed at 12:15 am. This morning we got up at our typical time of 8 am. When I walked into their room, both Tammy and Emmy had taken their pj's off, and Emmy also a dirty diaper. Tammy's diaper hat also wetted her sheet, so both of them needed new sheets.

Randy gave them new diapers, while I made their breakfast. After feeding them, I took them downstairs. I turned worship music on and started praising God and praying. Tammy sat down right next to me, like she was gonna join me. After a while I got the children's Bible out, and the four of us read some Bible stories together.

Then Randy came with his breakfast, and I went upstairs to clean up and then work. I was still cleaning up, when Sonja arrived to help out for a few hours. She went downstairs, and Randy came upstairs with Sammy and got ready to leave for his physiotherapy session. I was thankful for Sonja having fun with Tammy and Emmy downstairs, which allowed me to do office work. And today I did not have to cook, which gave me extra time. Just before 11:30 I went to the kitchen to warm up their food, leftovers from yesterday, and then they came upstairs to eat. Sonja was feeding them, while I was getting the ingredients cut and ready for Randy to make omelets. For some reason Tammy barely touched her food today (yesterday she ate it all plus her brother's leftovers), and Emmy ate little. That included even the watermelon. Today all meals ended up being difficult.

They were still at the table, when Randy returned with Sammy asleep in the stroller just before noon. I cleaned and dressed the other two, while Randy started cooking. Then Sonja took them downstairs. Sammy ended up sleeping until 12:30, and with Randy busy I sat down with him to try to feed him. He didn't eat much. Then he went downstairs to join the others. I changed the two bed sheets, and then went to get Emmy to put him to bed. Thankfully he did not need me to stay and didn't need too much time to fall asleep. He had no audience after all. Once he was asleep, I went to get Tammy and put her to bed. She played for a while and then fell asleep.

Once Tammy was in bed, and Randy was done eating, Sonja had to leave and Randy stayed downstairs with Sammy, while I was doing office work. Emmy woke up after having slept about an hour, but he did not want to go back to sleep on me, and so I took him downstairs to the rest of the boys. Tammy slept a little longer, but not much, and once she was up, we sat down to eat on the earlier side, with 2:30. Neither one of them wanted to sit in their chairs, so I ended up with them both on my lap, and both refused to eat anything at first. Emmy ended up not eating anything at all. He wanted cookies, but would not eat any banana to get one. Tammy finally ate a few bites, but not much. They started running around, emptying drawers and making a big mess. I was so tired and exhausted from their behavior since getting up, I didn't even care. I was just hoping that Randy was done with Sammy quickly, so they could all go downstairs. It was then I took them downstairs, and they all stayed there, while I went back upstairs to work. Randy had put Sammy to bed, as he was really tired, having only had the nap in the stroller. I decided to give him a little extra time, given that they go to bed later at night now, hoping I would not regret it tonight.

At 4:15 I woke up him and went downstairs with him, where I had 45 minutes left to play with all three. As always we had great fun together. One time Tammy lay down right next to Sammy on the floor, which was really cute to watch. Often they're really rough with him, and he gets hurt quite a bit. Emmy likes the swing a lot and enjoyed especially when I made it turn (video uploaded). Sammy got to sit on two different cars, which he enjoys too. And we took some selfies. Tammy and Emmy like going through the one shelf, and Emmy was able to get out at the other end without any help. So when Tammy wanted my hand, I told her she could do it without, and she did.

I've been wanting to somehow incorporate the French language into their lives and wondering how. I decided on the spot to start speaking only French with them for the next twenty minutes. It didn't seem to frazzle them very much, and with the help of body language, they still seemed to understand me somewhat, though I did get a few puzzled looks, as if they were wondering what was suddenly coming out of my mouth.

At 5 pm Randy took my place, and I went upstairs to get their dinner ready. Sammy was crying so much that I ended up bringing him upstairs and put him into the baby swing, and he was happy in there the whole time. It was after 5:30 before I was done, and the others could come upstairs. Once again meal time was exhausting. They were not happy, when I took their plates away. I cleaned them up and went downstairs with them, and that's when it's time to tidy up. I asked them to help me put all the toys back on the shelves, and Tammy did so more than Emmy. It was nice to see everything tidy again. Then we sat down and looked at the picture dictionary together. I had all three in my lap. At 6:15 we went upstairs to go to the bathtub. Emmy had already opened up his diaper several times, but now I could not keep him from taking it off any more, so he went up the stairs naked. Good thing they went straight into the bathtub. They all finished their food in there, had fun, and then went to bed. They were having fun in there. Sammy was laughing so hard that I was tempted to look to find out what Emmy was doing to enterain him. When I finally did check on them, Tammy had half taken her pj's off, so I put them back on. Finally Tammy and Emmy fell asleep, but I could still hear Sammy enjoying himself all by himself. He never cried, so it worked out well, that late nap.

I made my food, ate, went back to work, and today I wrote my update before doing the cleanup.
