Normally Emmy cries for his milk around 11 pm. Yesterday, all three of them slept through the night without drinking! Yeah! As for me, it was 1 am before I made it to bed.

This morning we got up before 8 am, as they were crying. Even though Emmy had had a sleeping bag on with the zipper on his back, he'd still managed to get out of it, get out of his pj's and take his diaper off. Our escape artist!

After breakfast I cleaned and dressed them, and I tried once again to put a bow into Tammy's hair as it's getting long and is in her eyes. I managed to take this cute picture, but then she took it off right away. So far I'm unsuccessful in making her understand to leave it there.

I took Emmy and Tammy downstairs and played with them until Randy came to stay. Then I went upstairs to clean up and start doing office work. It was cooking day, so I stopped working around 10:50 to go to the kitchen and get going. It was pasta and meat sauce day, which they like like any kid. Emmy and Tammy emptied their plates, while Randy had to work a little harder with Sammy. Then I got out bananas, watermelon, grated apple and yoghurt. It's amazing how much Tammy can eat!

I cleaned them up and dressed them again, then the boys went to bed, and Randy went downstairs with Tammy. Emmy was having fun at first, but when I stayed with him and stroked his head, he fell asleep quickly, and I was able to go get Tammy and put her to bed. It took her a while before she fell asleep; it was around 1 pm.

Normally Emmy wakes up after about an hour, but not today. We were amazed when he and Sammy both slept for just over two hours, but then they woke up at the same time. Tammy raised up her head, when I got Emmy out and sat down with him in the chair, but went back to sleep right away. I had Emmy lying on my chest for quite some time, until I got up because Sammy was getting too cranky waiting for me. Both boys went downstairs with Randy. The girl slept another half hour, until 3 pm. Then I called the boys upstairs for the afternoon meal.

Besides the cereal with fruit jars and fresh fruit, I also got the bread and peanut butter out. Emmy still refuses to eat peanut butter, but Sammy and Tammy like it a lot. They both had a lot of it, and again I was wondering how Tammy could eat so much. Sammy really needs the calories.

Everyone went downstairs to play, while I was cleaning up and then went back to doing office work, but I had less than half an hour left until 4 pm, which is when I go downstairs to relieve Randy and get one hour of play time with my little ones.

And we had lots of fun. Randy had created this corner of stuff for Sammy, including the donkey that he can sit by pretty well. I was amazed at how long he sat there unassisted. He was even just holding on to this toy with one hand and was able to stay seated.

Tammy and Emmy were in the swing for a while, and Emmy was showing off all he can do with the slide. Both of them had shoes on, as they really like wearing shoes, and Randy had put them on them. It just makes them a little more dangerous, when they're around Sammy. It made walking up the slide easier for Emmy, but he needed me to pull him up the last few centimeters.

Then Emmy went to the little table, motioning me to get it down, so I did. Then he motioned to the chairs, so I got them out. And then he motioned to where the drawing paper is, and I got it and the crayons out. He had made very clear what he wanted. So we all sat down by the table and started drawing. Emmy is the best at it. Tammy still uses the round side of the crayon, even though I keep showing her to use the pointed side, but she just likes the other end of it better. And Sammy especially liked pounding the table with the crayons, as well as eating them. More of them had pieces break off today. Sammy was standing by the table with my help, while his siblings were sitting. I even let go of him one time and he kept standing on his own, holding on to the table. I dared to take a picture, even though I was worried he'd fall over.

Finally Tammy wanted to watch a video, making it clear as she pointed at my phone. She actually guarded my phone, while I changed her brother's diaper, and then handed it to me. She loves videos the most, and they enjoyed a 5-minute video teaching them shapes on their age level. She always gets upset, when I turn the phone off, but it wasn't as bad as usual today. It was 5 pm and time for me to go upstairs and make their food, and so Randy took my place.

Half an hour later they came upstairs to eat. They ate in their chairs until they started throwing food, and then I took the rest of the food to the bathroom, and then put Emmy and Tammy into the water, and Sammy joined us a few minutes later. All three of them finished their food in the bathtub, while playing with all the animals with suction cups you can put on the wall. I'll have to take a picture of them some time. They had lots of fun.

Then they all came out and went to bed, and I walked away and never had to sit with them. I only returned once to give Tammy her dolls and rabbits back that she had thrown out, that was it. I was able to make my food and eat, and then started working. Now I still have a little time until midnight, and the kitchen and dining room are cleaned. And Emmy has not cried for milk yet. Maybe it's another night where all three sleep through without milk?
