Tonight it's nearly 3 am as I'm beginning to write my update, as I wanted to get the German translation of our newsletter done and get it out, and I just finished that.

The day started as usual. They woke up around 8 am, I got up to make their breakfast, and we sat down to feed them. Then I cleaned them up and dressed them, Randy go this breakfast ready, and took it and the children downstairs, while I went back to bed. I set my alarm for just after 11 am, as I had to cook lunch for everbody. It was hard getting up then, but I got to work.

Our friend Sonja arrived at noon, and the food was also pretty much ready, so we sat down to feed them. I was feeding Tammy, while Sonja fed Emmy, and we had to get some fruit, yoghurt and snacks out as well. Then I cleaned Tammy up, dressed her and put her to bed. She cried a little and then fell asleep. I'm so glad she now sleeps in her bed.

Randy and Sonja went downstairs with the boys, while I was cleaning up, and then I was once again faced with the decision of whether to go downstairs and work or lie down. I was so tired that I chose the nap today. I woke back up when I heard the kids cry, waking up from their nap, and I got up and got them out of their beds. I had a bad headache at that point, caused by lack of sleep.

It was nearly 3 pm, so it was time for their afternoon meal. The doorbell rang, and it was the Mobile Therapy Support lady who had come to play with Sammy. She watched him eat, and then went downstairs as well, where the rest of us already were.

She always stays for 90 minutes. Randy decided to go to the grocery store, and so Sonja and I stayed with her and the kids. Everyone had slept and was in a good mood, so they had a great time.

Sammy sat all by himself, holding on to an activity cube, for a while. He also got to go on the car for a while, and I pushed him back and forth. His legs were very stiff, but they kept him in place. The other two got to go on a ride on the tricycle and rocking horse. Then the Support lady asked whether we had that bouncy horse, and we did. Emmy and Tammy enjoyed it, and even got on at the same time. Sammy also got on and enjoyed chewing on its ear. He also got a hold of the Support lady's faceshield and put it into his mouth. Emmy enjoys sitting inside the activity box, or the laundry basket. And both Emmy and Tammy did pretty well, putting pieces with holes onto poles.

The lady left at 4:30 pm, and so we continued playing without her. Sammy was getting pretty cranky as he was tired, and I was hoping Randy would return soon so I could go get their dinner ready. Tonight they ate dinner a few minutes later than usual, and it was high time as they were tired. Tammy stopped eating after a while. When Emmy was done, he went into the bathtub, and I had Tammy on my arm, and of course, she started eating again there. I then put her into the bathtub as well, and together they finished the rest of their food we fed them in the bathtub. All three of them enjoyed playing in the water as usual.

Then they came out and went to bed in their usual order. They all got milk, and they all needed a little time, but not long, to fall asleep. Thankfully I got all the housework done, and now it's 3 am. I just still have the dishwasher to empty out, as it's finished.
