11 months 30 days

Last night I physically worked non-stop between midnight and 4 am to get the apartment ready for their birthday. The last time I looked at the time was at 5 am. You can imagine how tired I was when my alarm went off at 11:30 am, and I was tired all day long, barely able to keep my eyes open.
After everyone had eaten, I joined the babies in their play area, and had a fun time playing ball with Emmanuel. The video will be uploaded. I would throw it on the shelf, and he would take it and throw it out. So much fun!
At 2 pm another friend came for the first time to help with the little ones. I was really thankful as I had so much to do, still trying to get everything ready for tomorrow. Randy and I both worked non-stop in the afternoon. I spent a lot of time unpacking MORE baby clothes (how many clothes can they have!!!), sorting them and putting them in a drawer or a shelf. Randy took out all the cardboard and plastic and glass and went shopping. Later in the evening we moved the one row of shelves, sorted and cleaned out the guest room and storage room area we've created, and then we moved MORE kid clothes boxes into the guest room to clear the living room, and I finished unpacking boxes and getting the living room to look nice and ready for tomorrow.
The little ones didn't sleep all afternoon, though they were tired. I did put Sammy to bed, but did not want him to sleep long, so we would not have a repeat of last night. After feeding them, I put Emmy and Tammy in the bathtub again, but again, Emmy freaked out which scared Tammy. After Emmy came out, Tammy was fine by herself. They were both tired.
I put them to bed, and Tammy fell asleep first, Emmy a little while later. That wasn't too bad. But even though Sammy had not slept long, he was once again wide awake. Thankfully not for as long as last night, but it still took a while... and milk, the swing, and a fresh diaper. I was still sorting clothes at that time.
I baked their birthday cake in the afternoon - three different size layers - but it was 3 am before I got to start working on putting it together and covering with fondant. When I rolled out the fondant, I realized that I did not have enough to cover all three cake layers. What to do? So I cut it into stripes and covered the cake with them instead. We're gonna have a wild animal theme. You'll have to wait for tomorrow's update to see what the cake is gonna look like finished; I'm gonna be very tired, but I'll have to finish it after getting up.
After I was done with the cake, I worked some on decorations and got the electric balloon pump out. However, it's nearly 5 am now as I'm finishing this, and I do need to get some sleep. It's gonna be a big day today, and already I don't know how to get it all done before my family comes, and how to be awake enough for everything. Welcoming your prayers!
