Emmy is still eating every two hours after midnight. I had hardly slept when the alarm went off at 5 am this morning, as we had to leave the house at 6. It was tough. The electrician was coming at 7 am, to the new apartment, and we needed to be there on time, which we were.

As you can imagine I was very tired all day, and even felt sick at times because I was so tired. I need to go to bed as soon as possible, and am trying to get the most important things done so I can.

The electrician came on time, with his apprentice, and started working in the kitchen. What timing, the day before the kitchen is installed! God worked it out perfectly! And they did a great job, much better than what a non-professional could have done. We'll see what the bill is. He installed a triple plug to the right, closed the double plug on the left that was too low and put one top of the half-wall, put a plug on the ceiling for the vent, added the cable for the corner plug that IKEA needs to put in after having installed the cabinets and wall panels, and finally, added a switch to the motion-detector-activated light in the hallway that would always go off while we were changing a baby, and would be too bright when going to the bathroom at night. I'm so glad it all got done, and done so well!

He worked for 4.5 hours, and I really needed to be there as he had question throughout that time. While they were working, Randy was putting our 10€ IKEA dining room chairs together (they are comfortable!) and went to pick up the mats for the kids that had been delivered to a parcel shop. I put them where they go, put a few boxes around, and we still need to put shelves around to enclose the area. Tomorrow we'll use it for the first time.

I was with the babies for most of the time. I never slept but it was nice to lay down. Of course the babies agreed with me and decided to climb all over me.Sammy got tired first, and I helped him sleep by keeping the others away. Then I helped Tammy fall asleep, and after she was sleeping, I helped Emmy fall asleep.By then Sammy was wide awake again.

At 11 am I mixed their food together and we both started feeding them. We fed Tammy and Sammy at the same time, and in the meantime Emmy fell asleep. And while I was away for a few moments, Tammy got up and pulled the cup with Emmy's food onto the mattress, and Randy could not prevent it. Then she put her hand into it and started putting it all over the cabinet. So much fun! Thankfully there was still plenty of food inside the cup for Emmy.

After feeding them all, it was time to go home. The electrician had already left. It now takes us longer to get home with that out-of-order elevator I told you about yesterday.

I was so tired in the afternoon. A friend stopped by for a little while which was really nice. Then Sammy was getting tired and I put him in a separate bed so he could sleep peacefully without any siblings crawling on top of him. I lay down myself, while Randy left to run a few errands. I heard Tammy and Emmy just laughing at each other, and laughing, and laughing, which I really enjoy listening to. And then it got quiet. And I started hearing Tammy complaining. I got up and found Emmy fast asleep, and Tammy right next to him not happy that she was the only one awake left. And she was tired too. So I took her to bed with me. She was so excited, she started exploring everything. After a while she remembered she was tired and finally let me hold her and she fell asleep. We were all sleeping when Randy returned him. I was really glad I got some sleep, even those few minutes.

I was trying to gently lay her down and get up as Sammy let us know it was time for the next meal, but Tammy woke up. I made their dinner and we fed them one after another. I was wondering if they'd go to sleep after the meal, as they had all had pretty good naps. The boys fell asleep right away, no problem at all, but not Tamara. She did her usual routine, and it took some time before she fell asleep as well.

And that's when I can make dinner, eat, and start working. It's after 11 pm, and both boys have already needed milk, which is unusual for Sammy. I guess his brother woke him up. I just hope I can get some sleep tonight. It's another long day tomorrow. Thank you for praying!
