HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
The nights are back to "normal" now, with Tammy sleeping through and the boys needing milk.
This morning I had to get up 2 hours earlier than usual, which was tough, as I had not had enough sleep yesterday morning either. It was time for the weekly baby swimming. We loaded them all into the strollers, and off we went, walking the one kilometer to the little swimming pool, where my Mom met us.
Today Randy had Tammy for the first time, and I had Sammy for the second time. My Mom had her only grand-daughter again. They had a lot of fun again, and are actually learning swimming! Especially Emmy is doing great and loves the water the most.
We walked back home, where my Mom met us. All three were fast asleep in the strollers. Only Sammy woke up. It didn't take long after getting home for the other two to wake up as well.
Grandma had a lot of fun with Tamara, and watched her stand up in their bed. Tammy still starts whining after a while as she does not know how to get back down safely. So we help her every single time, and from time to time she's able to just sit down, so she'll soon be able to always get down by herself.
Emmy is about 3 weeks behind her, and is now the one climbing on top of his siblings. I believe it helps them in the process of learning to sit up by themselves.
Tammy was so tired all afternoon, but simply would not go to sleep. I finally had to lie down together with her, and she was asleep really quickly.
Tonight Randy went shopping, and I was hoping Emmy and Tammy would be fine, playing together. Sammy was already asleep for the night. However, it did not take long before I had two crying babies once again. The only thing I could do was to take them both to our bed. Tammy was happy right away, but it took Emmy a little longer. And it was suddenly. Tammy was smiling and laughing at him, and suddenly he stopped crying and laughed back. They were fine after that, and started going on discovery. Emmy was still really tired and really needed a nap, but not her. I held him and he got really close to falling asleep, while I was keeping Tammy from going the direction of the edge of the bed. But then it started hailing and raining really hard, and suddenly his eyes were wide open, and he was awake from then on. Together they finally found the tissue box and the rod for the blinds and were having fun! Isn't it the best toy, when you can pull out tissues and tear them apart! They were so content just sitting/lying there and tearing them apart. That's when Randy came home.
At the end of the day, none of them needed rocking tonight, so Randy did not get his usual nap.
